This license governs your use of Gunn's Out content, including audio, video, text, images, PDFs, downloads, and course materials (the “Content”).
What you’re allowed to do (Personal Use)
Stream and download the Content for one individual’s personal, non-commercial use.
Store copies on your own devices for your private practice.
Share public info pages (e.g., our “Why it works” page) with others.
Starter Mix (free) and paid kits use the same personal license terms.
What’s not allowed (without written permission)
Sharing / Redistribution: posting, emailing, messaging, cloud-sharing, or otherwise distributing files or member-only pages/links.
Account sharing: lending, selling, or sharing your login.
Re-upload / Public performance: uploading to YouTube, socials, podcasts, or any site; playing publicly, broadcasting, or syncing to video.
Derivatives / Commercial use: sampling, remixing, embedding in products, services, apps, courses, or ads.
Screen/audio capture: recording streams or removing watermarks/copyright notices.
AI/ML use: using any Content in datasets, training, or evaluation of machine-learning models.
Circumvention: bypassing access controls or download restrictions.
We may suspend or revoke access for violations.

All digital track purchases are non‑refundable.
