Gunns Out (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the websites and funnels used to sell and deliver our Alignment Kits and related downloads (the “Services”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

2) What we collect
Account & contact info: name, email, (optional) phone.
Purchase info: products bought, price, date, receipts, license status.
Payment processing: handled by our processors (e.g., Stripe and/or PayPal). We don’t store full card numbers.
Access/usage: pages viewed, device/browser, IP, basic event data needed to run the site and your course access.
Support messages: any details you send us (questions, feedback).
Marketing analytics/ads: if enabled later, we may collect pseudonymous data via cookies/pixels to measure email performance or page conversions.
3) How we use information
Provide the Services: process orders, grant course/members access, deliver downloads, license your purchase.
Communicate: send receipts, access instructions, updates, and (if you opt in) marketing emails.
Improve & protect: troubleshoot, prevent fraud/abuse, maintain site reliability, comply with legal requirements (e.g., tax/audit).
4) Cookies & tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and run checkout.

5) Payment & downloads
Payments are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal under their own privacy terms. For downloadable content we may deliver files via our platform or trusted fulfillment/hosting providers (e.g., Systeme.io media, Gumroad/SendOwl, or AWS S3). These providers receive only the data needed to deliver your order.
6) Sharing information
We share personal data only with:
Service providers/“processors” who run parts of the Services for us (hosting via Systeme.io, email delivery, payment processing, file delivery, customer support).
Legal/Compliance: if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the Services.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7) Data retention
Account/purchase records: kept as long as you have an account and as required for legal, tax, or audit (commonly up to 7 years).
Support emails/forms: kept as long as needed to handle your request and maintain service quality.
We delete or anonymize data when it’s no longer needed.
8) Your choices & rights
Email preferences: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages (receipts, access instructions) will still arrive.
Access/Deletion/Correction: depending on your location (e.g., Canada, EU/UK GDPR, California), you may request access, deletion, correction, or portability of your data.
Opt-out signals: if we ever enable advertising/analytics that qualify as “sale”/“sharing,” we will honor applicable opt-out rights and browser Global Privacy Control signals.

9) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure—please keep your login credentials confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
10) Children
The Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
11) International transfers
We operate in Canada and may use processors in other countries (including the U.S.). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) for cross-border transfers.
12) Third-party links & embeds
Our pages may link to third-party sites or include media players (e.g., YouTube, SoundCloud). Those services operate under their own policies. Please review their terms and privacy notices.
